Blockdaemon can be utilized to deploy, manage, and maintain nodes to ensure an uptime of >99.9% and the cost for each specific node varies. In order to view specific pricing for a node, you will first need to sign up for a free Blockdaemon account on our website.
Once created and logged in, click the purple ‘Deploy a Node’ button and you’ll be able to view each available node that Blockdaemon has to offer. To view the price for a specific node, click on the node you are interested in purchasing and the price will be displayed on the right-hand side of the page as seen as below.

When a user is removed from a Workspace account, any nodes that the user created as part of that organization will be set to cancel at the next renewal date. The nodes are not accessible by the removed person, so the user is unable to access details or control the subscription.

One thing to note - there are two types of Blockdaemon accounts (Personal and Workspace) and adding users is only available for Workspace accounts. You can request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase of the node. Our general policy is that upon cancelling, your node stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you would like a refund due to exceptional circumstances, reach out to [email protected] and we can assist you.
If there is a problem with your credit card, your payment might be in pending mode after spinning up your node. You can try running the card again (after contacting your bank) or try using another card. If you are still experiencing issues after attempting to try another card, please reach out to support via email or chat and we'll be able to assist you.* Note: If you have billing set up and active for other nodes in your account - when you change a card for a new node purchase, it will change all your current billings to the new card.

Reactivating your nodes is an easy process, just follow the 2-step method below:
1. Click on your action menu in your dashboard and choose "Restore"
2. Confirm that you wish to restore the node
*Note: The restore function will only be present until the end of the paid-for billing cycle. The node will cease to exist after the billing cycle is over with no payment.
For example: You have a node paid for till Oct 31, but you cancel on Oct 14. If you change your mind on Oct 25, you will be able to restore the node. However, If you change your mind on Nov 10, you will not be able to restore it.
