Blockdaemon previously announced support for Arc’s Public Testnet as an infrastructure provider, helping keep Arc accessible, performant, and reliable for developers from day one.
Now, we’re expanding that support with WebSocket access for Arc Testnet, giving developers and institutions a real-time connection option for building, testing, and monitoring applications on Arc.
WebSocket support is now available at:
wss://rpc.blockdaemon.testnet.arc.network:443/websocket
It is also listed in Arc’s official Connect to Arc documentation, which includes Arc Testnet network details, RPC endpoints, and WebSocket endpoints.
While RPC endpoints are essential for submitting transactions and querying chain data, WebSockets enable real-time blockchain connectivity. That means developers can subscribe to events and receive updates as they happen, rather than repeatedly polling for changes.
With Blockdaemon’s Arc Testnet WebSocket support, customers can:
For institutions, Arc’s public testnet offers a valuable environment to gauge performance, test integrations, and validate user experiences before any value moves to mainnet. With WebSocket support, teams can now test not only transaction flows, but also the real-time data streams that many production applications depend on.
Arc is an open Layer-1 blockchain network built as the Economic OS for the internet and designed to meet the needs of developers and companies bringing real-world economic activity onchain.
Built by Circle, Arc is designed to support asset issuers, fiat stablecoins, tokenized equities, credit, and money market funds. The network features low, predictable fees, USDC as native gas, deterministic sub-second finality, and comprehensive developer tooling.
Blockdaemon’s role is to provide the institutional-grade infrastructure enterprises need to build with confidence. Our expanded Arc Testnet support gives developers reliable RPC and WebSocket connectivity as they deploy contracts, test transaction flows, monitor events, and prepare for mainnet readiness.
Developers can connect to Blockdaemon’s Arc Testnet WebSocket endpoint here:
wss://rpc.blockdaemon.testnet.arc.network:443/websocket
Full Arc Testnet connection details are available in the official Arc documentation.
